Tracy Halsey

Director of First Impressions

Tracy Halsey is often one of the first voices clients hear and one of the first faces they see when connecting with the team, and she takes tremendous pride in making every interaction feel personal, welcoming and meaningful. As Director of First Impressions, Tracy plays a vital role in delivering the high-touch client experience the firm is known for, helping ensure that every family receives exceptional care, clear communication and attentive follow-through throughout every stage of the relationship.

With a natural ability to connect with people and a genuine passion for helping others, Tracy works closely with clients and advisors to coordinate meetings, appointments, client events and day-to-day service needs with professionalism, warmth and attention to detail. Whether assisting with account service requests, withdrawal processing, estate documentation, client correspondence or simply taking the time to answer questions and provide reassurance, Tracy approaches every interaction with empathy, urgency and a commitment to making clients feel cared for and valued.

Known for her excellent communication skills, responsiveness and thoughtful follow-up, Tracy helps create the family-oriented atmosphere that clients consistently appreciate about the firm. She understands that financial planning is deeply personal and believes that building strong relationships and trust is just as important as handling operational details efficiently. Her dedication to service excellence and creating positive experiences has made her an invaluable resource for both clients and the advisory team.

Before joining the firm in 2020, Tracy worked as an executive assistant in the hospitality industry, where she developed a strong foundation in client service, organization and relationship management. Her hospitality background continues to influence the attentive, concierge-style experience she brings to the firm every day.

A lifelong Maryland resident, Tracy grew up in Kensington and has lived in Gaithersburg for more than 25 years. She and her fiancé, Steve, share a blended family of five children — Cameron, Katelyn, Emma, Noah and Ryan — along with their two dogs, Buddy and King. Outside the office, Tracy enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing outdoors on sunny days, meeting new people and traveling whenever she can, especially to her favorite beach destinations.
